Develop spatial color concepts, linking issues of perception, form, fabrication, and structure. Develop 3 - 6” x 6” color prototypes that builds a particular relationship between form and color. Consider how the prototype forms a color-space, how it is supported, and how it is made. How does it relate ornament, form, and constructive technique in a single compound element?

From your earlier collection of 5-6 digital models, find 3 models you would like to explore further using the material templates created. Create the molds using either wood carving, 3D printing, slipcasting, cardboard forms. Using the liquid materials listed below. Make a physical model/ heuristic object from the molds you create.

Mushrooms/mycelium, Clay/Mud, Concrete, Epoxy Resin, Bioplastics, Ice/Snow, Ceramic, Gypsum

Stage the 3 objects with a lighting condition, background plane and ground plane to create a physical still life.
