The issue I was focusing on was balancing school and sports. People might suffer from depression or stress if there was a lot of pressure on them from juggling academics and sports. I thought this was a very important concept because it is a very underrated struggle some people could have and lots of people actually struggle from balancing too many big subjects, without even knowing it. I also wanted to cover this issue because it could relate back to literally two things that put someone under a lot of pressure. One way we can start solving this issue is by first, educating people on the topic. Second, taking responsibility for controlling the stress and weight that come with the challenges. Finally, organizing your plans and managing your time wisely.
