Servo Motors

Our goal for this project was to create a machine where we are able to draw by using a sensor and not using your hands.

Our drawing machine was designed for the verbs rotate and smear. It uses ink as the drawing medium using servo motors to rotate the device.

Sketch

We have 2 motors connected to each other through a breadboard and the Arduino. It has a paintbrush attached to one end.

Version 1

In this model, we had 2 motors controlling the cardboard pieces that had a marker connected to one end. We were testing the motors, circuit and rotations in this model.

The things that had changed between the first prototype and the second prototype is the material from cardboard to wood and adding a paintbrush with ink to smear to be able to move multiple side of the square. We also added an ultrasonic sensor to work without buttons.
